Nehimba Lodge

Open: Nehimba Lodge is open all year. 

Location: Hwange National Park, in a private concession.

Rooms: There are nine luxurious tents in total, all en-suite and set on elevated decks with thatched roof. There are  two family units which have an alcove housing twin beds, complete with mozzie nets, five doubles and two2 twin bedded tents. 

Facilities: There is a swimming pool, lower deck dining area, upper deck comfy lounge and main dining area and bar.  The camp also has a waterhole which can be viewed from the tents and the main area

Activities:  Game drives and guided walks are offered in the private concession and also in the main areas of the park. Night drives are carried out in the concession. Extended drives lend themselves to visiting local hotspots such as Mandavu Dam and the Mtoa Ruins

Dining: Meals are a mixture of communal dining and individual tables.

Children: The camp does not take children under seven. Also there are age restrictions for walking safaris, but nature walks around camp are on offer.

Health: This is a malarial area. 

Communication: There is WiFi in the main area of the lodge.
