Open:  Desert Rhino Camp is open all year round.

Location:  The camp is located in the Palmwag Concession in Damaraland.  This 5000 sq km concession lies between Etosha and the Skeleton Coast. It is accessible by self-drivers or by air. 

Rooms:  There are 8 meru-style tents with en-suite facilities. The decor is simple yet elegant and is furnished with everything you would need.

Activities:  The camp activities centre around rhino tracking both on foot and in 4x4.

Facilities:    The main area features a lounge and dining room which are open to the front so you can enjoy the panoramic views.  There is also has a small swimming pool and lounger area.

Children:  Children 12 and over are welcome, however tracking on foot is only for the over 16s.

Health:  This is a malaria area.

Communication: There is no mobile phone signal or WiFi in this remote area. There is a satellite phone for emergencies.
