Tracy was a tremendous help and the expert advice we received was welcome and crucial. We were sent an in-depth itinerary (in plenty of time), complete with background information and advice on all relevant topics. It quickly became our holiday 'bible'.
Guides:
All the local guides were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and (literally) went out of their way to make sure we made the most of our experience - we saw plenty of wildlife as a result!
