"A dance of dialogue, improvisation, expression and passion"

"Dancing with the feet is one thing, but dancing with the heart is another."

Three steps to a Tango
STEP 1: Start off by seeing a tango show, there are plenty of places to do this. You will get to see an extravagant spectacle with world class dancers and renowned singers. Depending on where you go, the show can often be accompanied by dinner to round off the experience.
STEP 2: A tango show under your belt, and you might be hooked. Take a lesson or two, you can get private or group lessons just about everywhere. Embrace the fun and get stuck in, you’ll meet a lot of people and have a lot of fun. You’ll be able to join in before you know it. Tango is an improvised dance, once you’ve got the technique sorted, you’re ready. It’s way more fun than learning a rehearsed routine, this is after all, from the heart!
STEP 3: Dance classes are often followed by a Milonga (dance hall social) or alternatively these pop up all over the city and are popular with locals and tourists alike. Pop up impromptu groups of dancers appear in popular shopping areas, particularly on Sundays.
