Our Cost Rica trip met and exceeded all our expectations and Tribes’ contribution to this, along with their local agents Swiss Travel, made this a trouble free and superb experience
The wildlife over and over again! And the sheer beauty of the landscape and the variety of diverse ecosystems. We watched a turtle lay her eggs on a Caribbean beach at the start of the trip, and later swam with turtles off the Osa Peninsula in the Pacific.

Our consultant, Alex, was great; always responded quickly to emails, was knowledgeable about the country and listened to what we wanted to experience from our trip. All the information came through on time as promised and was clear and concise. He was a pleasure to communicate with.
Guides:
All the guides we had were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and passionate about their country, their wildlife and maintaining their environment and educating travellers about the importance of preserving and not interfering with the natural eco systems.
Social & Environmental Responsibility:
Inevitably we were wanting to see and experience the very things that are in danger of being exploited and harmed, but the Costa Ricans do seem to have found a good balance between showing off their wonderful country and educating visitors, without destroying the very heart of what it has to offer. The National Parks protect and promote the natural environment and wildlife is able to co-exist alongside the visitors without destroying the biodiversity.
