The white water rafting was a real highlight. Loved it - exciting, exhilarating, fun and safe. Took an additional trip to see the turtles laying their eggs at Tortuguero - this was magical. Feel very privileged to have had the opportunity to witness this unique experience. Saw a multitude of wildlife, flora and fauna, each experience was different and beautiful.

Tribes Overall:

I think one less day at Monteverde and one more day at Manuel Antonio would of been even better.

I love that all information was easily accessible in one place on the Vamoos app. The service was easy to use.

Guides:

All of the guides on the different activities were excellent. I wrote reviews on trip advisor for each activity.

Social & Environmental Responsibility:

I was aware that the cost of trips was also providing income invested into preservation of local environments

Friendly staff, peaceful and had a resident caiman which was great to see up close but safely!

Fantastic views of the volcano. Beautiful setting, very friendly and welcoming staff.

Garden at Trapp Family Hotel, Monteverde, Costa Rica

Though close to the Monteverde National Park, it is in an isolated location. The decor and furnishings are a little tired. But the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would have preferred to have stayed in Santa Elena
