Holiday review by Atkinson’s
Name: Atkinson's
Date of trip: 26/06/2019
Number of people: 2
Seeing all the beautiful wildlife in its natural environment. We each chose an animal we wished to see while we were out there, we managed to see our choices within the first few days. The people are so friendly and the guides so knowledgable. Sitting in the hot pools at Casa Luna with a cocktail and humming birds flying around was amazing, the sounds are amazing
Tribes Overall:
Its was amazing. The nature is outstanding. Our son listed all of the species that he had not seen before, over two weeks this was 130. Sitting in the hot tubes at Casa Luna with hummingbirds flying around you, hearing the howler monkeys in the tree. will never forget this holiday.
The difference between Casa Luna where you could walk around the grounds at night with a torch and camera following the sound of the frogs, getting amazing photos to the steep grounds of Si Como No with the tree tops in front of your balcony being level with the toucans, spider monkeys etc was amazing. Both excellent places to stay
Tribes Service:
Service was really good, especially as we were not hardy travellers. They answered all our questions quickly and the hotels they mentioned were just right.
Guides:
The knowledge of our guides was outstanding, a couple of them had a degree in biology which is the route our son wants to take, so hopefully he will take the enthusiasm he picked up from the guides into his further education.

Si Como No
Manuel Antonio
Another amazing hotel, different from Casa Luna, less places to go for a walk in the grounds. But a great view from the balcony/room of the sea and plenty of animals passing through the treetops.
Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and if you miss the free taxi that runs from the hotel to Manuel Antonio a bus runs from outside the hotel that cost hardly anything.
