All of our guides were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Social & Environmental Responsibility:

The Costa Ricans were encountered were very positive about their country. We felt that local people were benefitting from our tourism and not multi national corporations. We also felt that they cared about their environment.

Good room, nice roof top bar and restaurant.

Aninga Lodge

Great room, staff were very good, food was good, pool and bar was great. Lovely accommodation and the whole place was not too big. You really felt you were in the middle of the wildlife.

Lomas del Volcan

Arenal

Good room and breakfast. Easy to get a taxi from the hotel to La Fortuna for more food options. Hotel bar was small and service was poor.

Hotel Belmar

Beautiful hotel, lovely views and wildlife from you balcony. Food and staff were excellent.

Si Como No

Manuel Antonio

Much bigger than the other places we stayed in so it seemed a little less personal. Good food, nice pools and good views from our terrace.

Corcovado Wilderness Lodge

Corcovado, Osa Peninsula

Wonderful, made to feel very special here. Great service, room and food in a beautiful li action. Well worth the boat ride and wet landing to get here.
