We were amazed by the scenery, especially the mountains and different colours. The vastness of Namibia is hard to comprehend, but the itinerary allowed us to travel quite comfortably from area to area in quite a short space of time. Staying in some of the bush camps was a different experience as was my first 'bucket Shower'. The people we met were friendly at each stop. We saw many animals including lion and rhino.

Everything was brilliant from the very beginning to the end. Christine was a wonderful help and was always ready to answer my questions. The itinerary was excellent and worked out so well. It was a fantastic trip.

Guides:

especially at Etendeke. Do gave us lots of interesting information at the after dinner chats. Bonnie was our walking guide and his local knowledge was so good. On the safari ride he was accompanied by Nicholas and they were great.

Social & Environmental Responsibility:

Local people and ways of life were respected throughout. Tourism is growing in Namibia and if it is responsible tourism it can have advantages for everyone.

we were well looked after here. The tented accomodation was very good and the food was excellent, especially as it was so remote. The staff all made an effort to give us information on the area and animals.

We were accomodated at the 'Bush Camp' instead of the Plains Camp as our itinerary stated. This was apparently an up grade but i'm not sure if this is the case. However, it was a lovely place to stay. Food was excellent and surroundings were lovely, including the pool.
