Date of trip: 08/02/2019
Number of people: 2
We wanted to split the trip into two different experiences: first the safaris (in Chobe and in the Okavango Delta) and then a place to relax in Zanzibar while having the opportunity to discover the life on the island. Safaris exceeded our expectations, both from a human experience and wildlife. We were very lucky to be able to see such a myriad of animals evolving in those scenic places. Zanzibar was very relaxing and largely met our expectations as well, as we had the chance to experience the life on the island and the richness it offers (Stone Town and its boilant culture and liveliness, while being able to swim with Dolphins or get to see giant turtles and red colobus monkeys in the reserves)
Tribes Overall:
Sinead did a fantastic job organising this trip for us.
Tribes Service:
Always very responsive and helpful in any query I had about any aspect of the trip.
Social & Environmental Responsibility:
Incredible experience and very grateful to have met such caring people throughout our trip
The places you stayed

Chobe Elephant Camp
Chobe
we felt like we were part of the family at the camp. Wildlife was not as diverse as what we encountered in the delta, but people were very heartful (both in the camp as well as outside when visiting nearby villages).

Splash Camp
Okavango Delta
Wildlife here was amazing, benefiting from the private concession the camp benefits from.

Breezes Beach Club
Tanzania
Paradisiac place in Zanzibar by the ocean, remote from the effervescence of Stone Town, which is conveniently within reach, and so are all tours and activities offered from there.
