Safari. Our Guide and the accommodation at Serengeti and Tarangeri was great. Lucky to see a live kill. Saw all big five. Exception Rhino at a far distance and that too through binoculars. Lucky to also see few lions cubs and cheetah cubs. So sweet and cute. Dar-es-salaam town, In particular saw my birth place first time since left when 9 months old !!! Food and in particular soup. at Thorntree camp site. Really clean place which was not expected.
Yes Certainly as expected .
In particular Safari experienced turned out to be better than expected.
All in All very good holidays.
Well planned and executed.
Sinead was very good.
Quick in responding
Polite and considerate
Nothing was a trouble.
Always willing to be of assistance.
Last but not least a bottle of bubbly at Zanzibar as gesture goodwill for Dar-es-salaam was very well appreciated.

The location is good.
Rooms are great.
Food not up to standard.
Not sure why buffet service rather than sit down dinners.
Good food choice
Excepting one day it was sit down meals.
Room had sea view.
