Seeing the diversity of wildlife in its rightful habitat was incredible. Sloths visible in the canopy and moving, Howler monkeys calling, variety of snakes including a Boa, Capocin monkeys being cheeky, huge colourful butterflies, toucans, humming birds, parrots and other birds but the highlight was seeing a leatherback turtle laying eggs. The rain in the rain forest was amazing and the sun at the beach and warmth of the water made for a relaxing time alongside the soaks in the hot springs at the volcano. Altogether made an unforgettable holiday.
Tour timings and accomadation were well suited to our rquirements.
Paul Cook listened to our thoughts and requests planning an excellent itinerary. Responded to us even when we needed help on vacation. His knowledge of the area was excellent.
Drivers were friendly and helpful. Vehicles were good and arrived on time.
Social & Environmental Responsibility:
Most places were using biodegradable straws - good to see. Chain supermarket s were using strong quality paper bags. Rangers had good knowledge of parks.
