I thought it was all very well organised. I was impressed with the quality of the hotels, rooms and food, and also the quality of the transfers. The guides were excellent and everyone was really lovely and friendly

Loved the location, but a hairdryer would have been useful as it was very damp. two nights is long enough here due to the dampness/humidity. It was nice eating together at breakfast and in the evenings. Food was perfect, but not a huge amount of choice. Wildlife was amazing.

Lovely room with volcano view and private jacuzzi. Perfect in every way. Very good food.

This was the best hotel in terms of food and restaurant service. Max the head waiter was amazing! Really lovely friendly hotel and good location.
