Guides:
Danny was very understanding as Anne had a big problem and he immediately fixed it with requests to the hotel in Quito. The transfers were exceedingly well organised and trouble free for your guests.
Social & Environmental Responsibility:
Learnt that the Ecuadorian people we met were very happy, extremely friendly. Learnt that the Galapagos Islands are being excellently preserved to enable wildlife to live without fear of predators and thus are a joy to see close up.

Everything was ++++++, restaurant excellent and the afternoon free tea session was a good way of meeting other.guests, Staff extremely attentive.

more cramped than expected . nowhere to dry clothes. would be nice to have walking sticks that fold open to make a seat as the trails were somewhat arduous with nowhere to rest. Crew were excellent. Yvonne and Fabrizio were excellent if a little long winded.
