The whole 14 days was so well balanced, the excursions were excellent and the trip well balanced. We got to see the wildlife we wanted to see and enjoy the forests without being obvious tourists making demands on the nature. We did not have a single day where we were disappointed
Tribes Overall:
We were well advised by Paul Cook and he listened to our requirements and tailored a trip that more than suited our needs.
Tribes Service:
Our dealings with Paul were first class and he was attentive to our needs. We sued Kuoni on our last vacation and won in court over their poor service, this experience was first class.
Guides:
Every single guide had our enjoyment and interests at heart. All were first class as were our drivers and the local representatives.
Social & Environmental Responsibility:
Costa Rica has a very positive atitude towards the environment and rain forest which we were pleased to witness. We felt the trip was environmentally friendly as it could be.

Another excellent hotel. We were booked into a bungalow but this was 1/2 mile away and isolated from the main hotel. it had air conditioning but was musky and damp in the tropical heat, a bit of a throw back to some 60's motel. We changed the room to the main hotel with no air con which was excellent. Not sure I would book the bungalow air con or not. it was a bit like solitary confinement!! Excellent staff
