The places you stayed

Wyndham Costa del Sol Lima Airport
Peru
Very convenient. Effective as an airport hotel - recommended

Treasure of the Galapagos
Galapagos Islands
Brilliant - rooms, boat, food, crew. I must add the diving was some of the best I’ve done in the entire world - diverse fauna (not flora), reasonable visibility, great abundance - seal lions, rays, turtles, penguins, iguanas, cormorants, sharks - truly incredible

Napo Wildlife Centre
Ecuador
Wow - what a brilliant place for so many reasons - community based, beautiful amazonia. Such a surprise to be so immersed in the jungle with such luxuries - awesome service, great facilities, tranquil lake side, lovely folks. The only fault was the lack of night walks. Really impressed. Highly recommended. Wonderful birding 130 species, 3 anacondas, 6 species of monkeys, giant otter - no Sloth or Kaimans - highly recommend the Helm Ecuador Bird app for iphone - brilliant. Do not take books - all venues provided localised photographic bird guides

Bellavista Cloud Forest Lodge
Ecuador
Great choice. Well done. Very authentic & pleasant. We did organise the Cock of the Rock as discussed. Well worth it - fantastic. The kids loved it. We walked the Waterfall track - brilliant. The mammals were an extra treat
