Holiday review by Mr Stephen Rayner
Name: Mr Stephen Rayner
Date of trip: 05/10/2015
Number of people: 2
There were many highlights from seeing prides of lions charging elephants and the rare sight of seeing a pack of wild dogs on the hunt and I still hear the noise of hippos which gave early morning wake up calls no need for alarms.
Tribes Overall:
overall the holiday lived up to all my expectations the little extras the lodges put on for us with candle light dinners was much appreciated
Tribes Service:
I received the details I was expecting the only let down was the letter you sent with my flight details had the wrong destination on it .
the consultant were both knowledgeable with answering the question I asked at different times
Guides:
the guides on safari at both lodges were both very knowledgeable giving us names of all the animals that we were looking at special the birds they were also very friendly and nothing was to much trouble .
Social & Environmental Responsibility:
I believe by holidaying in Zambia we were helping the people with employment and the wildlife being proctored
The places you stayed

Kafunta River Lodge
Zambia
the lodges are in fantastic location with animals in touching distance coming to drink in front of the lodges.
a added treat having lunch up the tree balcony with lovely views of the area while your enjoying lunch ..

Island Bush Camp
Zambia
the ideal location to do the walking safaris and the food produced was like being at a five star hotel .
the host Klaus was a real character with loads of African story's to tell

Waterberry Lodge
Zambia
the lodge was in a lovely setting on the river just far enough outside Livingstone .
nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff and the food was first class.
