It was a once in a lifetime and fantastic experience and also the hardest thing I have EVER done!

Friendly and helpful and there is always someone at the end of the phone to answer any questions
Guides:
The guides were fine, not as enthusiastic as some peoples but quite knowledgable. There was unforunatley a certain level of pressure to tip guides and we were made to feel our tip wasnt enough, even though it was probably more than we had budgeted for.
