We have extensively travelled africa. Ol'Pejeta Conservacy is still one of our favourite places to visit. A pack of wild dogs showed us the way to lunch, the chimps were friendly and feeding a black rhino is something we all thought was very special. Here they also have 4 of only 7 Northern white rhino left, seeing an animal on the brink of extinction and the amazing efforts by the rangers there to save them leaves you feeling very humble.
Everything worked perfectly
All spoke good english, we knowledgable and were there waiting for us.
Social & Environmental Responsibility:
Tribes might not pick the most expensive or the most luxurious place to stay but they pick the best and one that gives back to the community.
The places you stayed
Arrived late but they kept the kitchen open for us, very comfortable, and staff were very fiendly.
Kenya Coast & Lamu
Had all the small touches that makes you feel special, the staff here were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very comfotavle. We were very lucky as the hotel was very quiet.
