Julie Croucher's customer service was fabulous. She gave us all the information we required, was always on hand to deal with questions and ensured all pre-departure arrangements were in order.
Guides:
Our guide, Japhet, was attentive to all our requests, took care of our transfers to and from the Airports and was extremely knowledgeble on the wildlife on safari. He is also an absolute gentleman.
