Day 1
Rio de Janeiro
Arrive in Rio de Janeiro and settle into your hotel, overlooking Copocabana Beach. Maybe venture out to explore this famous city, or just relax after your flight. The hotel has a great rooftop bar and pool with amazing views.
Day 2
Rio De Janeiro
Today you have a full guided day tour of the city, to point out the main sites and landmarks and help you get your bearings. Your itinerary will include visits to Corcovado and the Sugarloaf Mountain, from both of which there are spectacular views of the city. You'll be back at the hotel late afternoon.

Day 3
Rio De Janeiro
For a change of scene and the chance to discover another aspect of the amazing city of Rio, you will transfer to Casa Beleza in the historic quarter of Santa Teresa district of the city. Home to Antoine a music producer and Bindu, a documentary maker you are well place for recommendations in this Bohemian part of the city. Within five minutes you'll be in the centre of restaurants, bars, cultural centres and museums. It's a great spot!

Day 4
Rio To The Amazon
Fly from Rio to the Amazon and transfer by road and river to Cristalino Lodge. The lodge has many trails for your to explore and two 50 metre observation towers giving you views high above the forest canopy. This is your introduction to the Brazilian Amazon and all she entails.

Days 5 & 6
The Amazon
Two full days at Cristalino Lodge. You have the opportunity to try some wonderful rainforest activities such as canoeing, exploring the trails, bird watching and wildlife watching. The reserve has over 580 different species of birds - how many can you spot?

Day 7
The Amazon To The Pantanal
Today you fly to Cuiaba and transfer to Araras Lodge. This is a small lodge with excellent eco credentials and a great base from which to explore the wildlife and scenery of the Pantanal. By now you will be realising how many different facets there are to this amazing country.

Day 8
The Pantanal
A full day to spend exploring. Activities available here include horse riding, river cruises, canoeing and guided walking safaris in the forest and Pantanal plains. There is also an observation tower with great views of the plains. We highly recommend the evening safari.

Day 9
To the Pantanal
Spend the morning at Araras Lodge and enjoy a final activity here. After lunch transfer to Hotel Pantanal Norte, also known as Jamil's Hotel. The hotel is located on the banks of the Cuiaba River and perfectly situated to explore the area for potential jaguar sightings.

Days 10 & 11
The Pantanal
Two full days at Hotel Pantanal Norte. The main activities offered from the hotel are boat trips along the Cuiaba River, right on the doorstep. The boat trips offer the best chance of seeing jaguars in the wild, and also allow sightings of giant otters and numerous bird species including hyacinth macaws and toucans.

Hotel Pantanal Norte To Cuiaba
Leaving Hotel Pantanal Norte, you travel along the Transpantaneira with a private driver for wildlife watching en-route to Cuiaba. The journey till take about six to seven hours. You will be welcomed at your next hotel where you will spend one night.

Fly To Sao Paulo
Today you fly from Cuiaba to Sao Paulo, where you can connect with a homebound flight.
