Day 1

Arrival in Buenos Aires

Arrive at Ezeiza Airport and transfer to the stylish Hotel Pulitzer. Buenos Aires is a vibrant city, a melting pot of culture, history and passion, often referred to as the 'Paris of South America'. It boasts stunning architecture, art galleries, museums and street arts. As the birthplace of tango, music and dance are the heartbeat of the city. Food also plays an important part of life in the city with juicy steaks, delicious empanadas on offer. Whether you want to relax after your flight or head straight out to explore, we've got you covered.

Day 2

Highlights of Buenos Aires

The morning you'll dive straight in to the rich tapestry of history and culture that is synonymous with Buenos Aires. You'll start at May Square, the heart of the city, where the iconic Government House, the impressive Cathedral, and the historic old Town Hall stand proudly. Next, you will wander through San Telmo, one of the oldest neighborhoods, known for its charming cobblestone streets and antique markets. The journey continues to the vibrant La Boca, famous for its coloruful and picturesque houses along Caminito Street. The last stop is the elegant Recoleta district, characterized by its wide avenues, beautiful parks, and grand residences. A visit to the iconic Recoleta Cemetery is a must, where you can pay respects to historical figures such as Evita Perón. The ornate mausoleums and serene atmosphere create a unique experience.
This afternoon has been kept free for you to explore on your own, then tonight you will enjoy dinner and a tango show at Michelangelo, one of the well-known tangeurias in town.

Day 3

To Puerto Madryn

After breakfast, transfer from your hotel to J. Newbery Airport for a flight to Trelew (not included). Upon arrival, a scenic drive will take you to Puerto Madryn on the Golfo Nuevo shoreline. This is the gateway to the beautiful Peninsula Valdés, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a must for wildlife lovers. Check into Hotel Península Valdés and enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.

Day 4

Tour of Peninsula Valdés

Spend a full day exploring the natural paradise that is Peninsula Valdés. Begin with a visit to the visitor centre for some background info, then head to Estancia San Lorenzo, home to the largest Magellan penguin colony. Here, you'll witness these charming birds in their natural habitat and savor the opportunity to connect with traditional Patagonian culture over a delectable Patagonian lamb BBQ lunch (not included). Continue to Punta Norte, where you might see sea lions, elephant seals, and orcas, depending on the season. As you journey back to Puerto Madryn, keep your eyes peeled for local wildlife sightings such as guanacos, rheas, foxes, cavies, armadillos, and skunks. The diverse ecosystem of the Valdes Peninsula offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature's wonders. For an extra thrill, consider an optional whale watching boat tour in Golfo Nuevo, especially recommended during the prime whale-watching months from September to November.

Day 5

At Leisure in Puerto Madryn

This day is yours to relax and explore Puerto Madryn at your own pace. Whether you choose to stroll along the beach, visit local shops, or simply unwind at your hotel, the day is designed for you to enjoy some downtime. You may wish to explore the EcoCentro to learn about local marine life, or dive into the clear waters for thrilling snorkelling encounters. Witness majestic Southern Right whales during whale-watching season, and relax on the tranquil beaches. There is plenty of choice.

Day 6

To El Calafate

After breakfast transfer to Trelew Airport for your flight to El Calafate (not included). El Calafate is a small town located on the shores of Lake Argentino. Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Andes, it captures the essence of natural beauty and adventure, It is from here that you will explore Los Glaciares National Park, a magnificent feast for the eyes, it’s a treat reserved for tomorrow.

Day 7

Los Glaciares National Park

Today, embark on a full-day adventure in Los Glaciares National Park. The first stop is Nibepo Aike, a historic estancia in Calafate, this is a glimpse into the life of early Patagonian pioneers. Witness a traditional sheep shearing demonstration and observe skilled gauchos in action before indulging in a mouthwatering Patagonian lamb BBQ lunch, savoring the rich flavors of the region. Afterward, navigate the Rico Branch of Argentino Lake, disembarking at Las Monedas beach for a gentle forest hike to a breathtaking viewpoint. Continue your journey to the south front of the Perito Moreno Glacier, where you’ll have time to walk along the catwalks, marvelling at the glacier's splendour from every angle.

Day 8

Visit Estancia Cristina

Another action packed day to soak up the natural beauty of Argentinian Patagonia. Set sail from Punta Bandera at 8:30 and sail across Lake Argentino to witness the natural beauty of Upsala Glacier. Disembark near Estancia Cristina for guided trek through the valley culminating in a breath-taking lookout point. The hike continues to the enchanting Los Perros River Waterfall, a haven for orchids. At Estancia Cristina, delve in the pioneering history of the Masters family and enjoy a tour of the Estancia Cristina estate where you will uncover gems such as the Caterina river, chapel and the rustic lodge. Enjoy this slice of Patagonian history before returning to your hotel in El Calafate.

Day 9

To Iguazú

Transfer from your hotel to El Calafate Airport for your flight to Iguazú via Buenos Aires (not included). Upon arrival in Iguazú, transfer to the luxurious Mercure Iguazú Hotel Iru. Settle in and prepare for tomorrow's adventure. Enjoy the evening at your leisure, perhaps taking a stroll around the hotel’s lush surroundings or relaxing by the pool.



Day 10

Iguazú Falls

Experience the awe-inspiring Iguazú Falls from the Argentinian side. Take an ecological train to the Devil’s Throat, the most impressive part of the falls, where you’ll feel the raw power and beauty of the cascading water. Traverse the lush green trails of the Upper and Lower circuits, offering different perspectives and panoramic views of the falls from various lookout points.

Day 11

Iguazú Falls Brazilian Side

See another perspective of the Iguazú Falls, and visit the Brazilian side. located in Iguaçu National Park. This half-day tour provides spectacular panoramic views of the falls from various viewpoints along a 1500-meter walkway. The highlight of the tour is the Devil’s Throat viewpoint, where you’ll witness the full grandeur of the falls as you feel the mist on your face. Remember to have your passport and visa ready, as you’ll be crossing into Brazil. At the end of the tour you'll be taken back over the border to Argentina.

Day 12

To Ibera Marshes

Leave the thundering waterfalls behind for a scenic drive to your Puerto Valle hotel, with a stop at San Ignacio Jesuit Mission. Immerse yourself in the heritage of the region at the well-preserved ruins of the mission, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Explore the architectural splendor and learn about the Jesuit presence in the area. Continuing towards Puerto Valle, soak in the changing landscapes, from dense rainforests to tranquil riverbanks, before reaching the serene riverside retreat. Settle in and enjoy the full board program, which includes all meals and a variety of activities.

Day 13 & 14

Explore Ibera Marshes

Spend two days immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the Ibera Marshes. Participate in a range of activities, including expeditions to Laguna Valle, navigation through the Paraná River, guided nature walks and horse riding. Discover the rich biodiversity of the region, home to caiman, capybaras, swamp deer, and over 300 species of birds. Learn about the local Gaucho culture and their traditional way of life. Immerse yourself in this harmonious blend of nature, relaxation and culinary delights.

Day 15

Return to Buenos Aires

It’s time to return back to vibrant Buenos Aires for your last night in Argentina. You’ll be taken to Poasada Airport in good time for the flight, and you’ll be met at the airport in Buenos Aires and transferred to you hotel.
The rest of your time has been kept free so you can revisit a favourite restaurant or perhaps try something you haven’t done yet – how about an asado tasting and wine paring or you may want try your hand at the tango while you are here – after all Buenos Aires is where it all started.

Day 16


Bid farewell to Argentina as you transfer from your hotel to Ezeiza Airport for your departure flight, taking with you the memories of an unforgettable adventure, filled with stunning landscapes, vibrant culture, and incredible wildlife experiences.
