This is just a rough guide so please ask us for more detail on any hotel/resort you’re interested in. Our prices shown are for 5 nights in Zanzibar on full board per person or half board for Butiama* for two sharing in the high or peak months of July or August – whichever is cheaper, including return airport transfers from the closest main airport.

Includes

5 nights twin share accommodation on full board basis (half board for Butiama); return transfers from and to the nearest airport (Songo Songo for Fanjove and Mafia for Kinasi and Butiama). Fanjove also includes community fees and tourism levy. Kinasi & Butiama require a $20 pp per day marine park fee to be paid locally.

Getting there

These islands are in Tanzania just south of Zanzibar. We recommend flights via either Nairobi or Dar es Salaam, which will cost from around £900 per person upwards depending on availability, class and season.

Departure dates

This is a private tailor made holiday that you can take any time you like, though we’d advise against the long rains season of April and May for most people.
