Holiday review by Mrs. Janet Hetherington

Date of trip: 31/05/2014
Number of people: 2
Country: Botswana

Overall level of Satisfaction

Tribes Overall: "We had a lovely time thank you. It probably exceeded our expectations. The wildlife was amazing and the people are all so hospitable and helpful."
Tribes Service: "As always everything was beautifully arranged! It was lovely not to have to worry about where we had to be and when because there was always someone to tell us. The only thing I think you might want to alter in your instructions for future clients going in winter would be to recommend more clothing. We had a frost one night in Sango - obviously something very unusual as the guides were taking pictures because they hadn\'t seen one before. For a couple of days and nights it was really cold!"
Guides: "All the guides were incredibly knowledgeable and obviously took a great deal of trouble in trying to find what we wanted to see. We would like to give a special mention to LT and Clifford at Pom Pom and DT at Sango."
Social & Environmental Responsibility: "We were very impressed with how much pride everyone took in caring for the environment and the wildlife. The Government of Botswana obviously takes a lead in this and we noted that Chobe Game lodge had been awarded a special Eco Tourist award for their actions"

Our Memories

"I think my favourite part was the Okavango Delta with all the amazing birds. George probably enjoyed the close up view of the leopard right by the car and also the lioness with her 4 week old cub."
