Overall level of Satisfaction

Tribes Overall: "Excellent"
Tribes Service: "Great and attentive service with great advice and comprehensive and informative documentation. When one or two things were less than perfect their retrieval was outstanding!"
Guides: "Excellent"
Social & Environmental Responsibility: "We gained a good insight (within the confines of a vacation) in each of the places visited through the well informed guides."

Casa Andina Cusco Plaza
Brilliant location, extremely friendly staff, quiet rooms of a good standard and a copious breakfast overlooking the rooftops and the main square.
Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo
A wonderful experience - just wish we had stayed an extra night. A cloud forest paradise yet at the heart of the village. A world of its own. One of the best restaurants we have experienced in a 'captive' hotel setting. So glad we stayed at the Inkaterra and not Sanctuary Lodge.
Delightful hotel immediately adjacent to the station at Ollantaytambo. It makes travel easy when taking the train but it is an easy walk up into the old town for an evening stroll and to eat. A series of independent buildings set in a park with Alpaca and great sunsets and sunrises made it a memorable overnight stop.
Wyndham Costa del Sol Lima Airport
An airport hotel only a road width from the terminal. It clearly caters almost exclusively for travellers on a quick turnaround between flights yet it is a good, quiet hotel and the service in the bar was exceedingly welcoming. It certainly made the transfer easy on the way out.
