Country: Tanzania

Overall level of Satisfaction

Tribes Overall: "Excellent"

Tribes Service: "Excellent"

Guides: "Our guide through Hoopoe was very good. We felt he was a good match for us. "

Social & Environmental Responsibility: "We were especially impressed with some of the initiatives Matemwe Bungalows is working on with the local community. "

Accommodation

Tarangire Safari Lodge
Compared to all of the other places where the service and friendliness seemed 100% warm and genuine, Tarangire didn't have that same atmosphere. The food was also not quite as good a standard at Tarangire comparitively. However, the location of the Tarangire Lodge is just stunning so we were definitely pleased to stay there.

Matemwe Lodge
Matemwe was perfect for us and the staff went beyond the call of duty to help us celebrate a birthday while we were there - baking a cake and a complimentary bottle of fizz!

Kirurumu Manyara Lodge
The welcome and service we received in all of the places we stayed in was excellent. The accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations.

Ikoma Bush Camp
The welcome and service we received in all of the places we stayed in was excellent. The accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations.

Dhow Palace
The welcome and service we received in all of the places we stayed in was excellent.
