Holiday review by Malp
Name: MalpDate of trip: 31/08/2016
Number of people: 3
Country: Galapagos IslandsOverall level of Satisfaction
Tribes Overall: "Paul was brilliant and we will use Tribes again in the future. Thank you"
Tribes Service: "Excellent"
Guides: "The guides were very good but a couple could have had better English. Vocabulary was very good but the grammar was poor with some of them. They certainly knew their subject and went out of their way to help and inform."
Social & Environmental Responsibility: "Yes, the guides and crew are mostly from the Galapagos and officers from Ecuador. We understood that it was difficult to work on the boats if you weren't from Ecuador."
Accommodation
My Mother's room didn't have any windows that open as it appears none of them do apart from ours in the attic! Her room had a window on to the hotel courtyard but you couldn't really remove the net curtain (or open the window) as guests could see straight in etc. Our room was rather cold and much smaller than the one my mother was given. However, even more stairs to our room than to my mother's which would have been too much at that altitude for her.
