Overall level of Satisfaction

Tribes Overall: "Definitely lived up to expectations - an amazing adventure."
Tribes Service: "Rory was always very helpful, knowledgable and attentive."
Guides: "Our guides on the Eric (Yvonne and Fabrizio) as well as Pedro at Napo were excellent. They were absolutely passionate about what they did and their enthusiasm was infectious. Please pass on my thanks."
Social & Environmental Responsibility: "Very impressed with the work at Napo and the support they provide for the local community. We were so impressed with all the staff who are local and absolutely delightful. Coming from such a different background to their guests, the training is exemplary."

Napo Wildlife Centre
Beautiful, relaxing, remote and fabulous.
La Casona de la Ronda
Had lots of character and location was excellent. Being an old hotel it was rather noisy from other travellers getting up early and street noise.
MY Letty
The Eric was kept immaculately clean. Always had hot water and plenty of it for showers, etc. We loved the sundeck and communal sitting area which were both very sociable. The food was great and we were very impressed with all the snacks ready for our return from outings.

Our Memories

"The animals in the Galapagos - swimming with sea lions, turtles, sting rays and even sharks! The friendliness of everyone on Eric and at Napo - staff and guests - we've made some good friends. "
