Open:  Xandari Pearl is open all year round.

Location:  Xandari Pearl enjoys a beach setting in the Marari area of Kerala, it is 2 hours from Cochin airport.

Rooms:  There are 20 villas in total. 5 have their own plunge pool. Each has a hammock, private garden, outdoor seating area, dining area and an open-air shower. They have air conditioning, minibar, desk, Wi-Fi, and electronic safe

Activities:  The emphasis here is on relaxation, though hotel staff can arrange a number of excursions and sightseeing tours, and bicycles are available for guests to use. There is a beach volleyball court on site, and games of football can be played on the beach. Cooking demonstrations can be arranged.    

Facilities:  The restaurant is open throughout the day. In-room spa treatments are available. There is a sizeable pool in the gardens surrounded by tropical trees. There is a small gift shop on site and bicycles are available for guests to use. 

Dining:  The restaurant overlooks the pool and offers delicious cuisine using the farm-to-table concept and procuring fresh fish from the local fisherman, supporting the community. Meals are taken at individual tables. The dining area is open to the front and covered with thatch, making the most of the fresh sea breezes but providing shelter from the elements when required.

Children:  Children of all ages are welcome.  

Health:  We recommend malaria prophylactics for travel to India.

Communication:  WiFi is available.
