Location: The hotel is in the central financial and commercial district of Chiclayo, within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas at the centre of the old centre.

Rooms:  The hotel has 82 rooms, including singles, doubles/twins, triples, suites and 1 room adapted for disabled guests. They feature mod cons such as cable TV, Wi-Fi internet access, safe, minibar, hairdryer and clock radio. All are en-suite and have air conditioning and soundproofed windows.   

Activities  There are many historic and archaeological sites in the local area which can be visited from the hotel. These include Sipan, Tucume and Batan Grande. In the city itself there are some fine examples of colonial architecture. The cathedral is particularly impressive. There is a lively market, the Mercado Modelo, selling a wide assortment of products from clothes to natural medicines and herbal remedies offered by the local shamans. Monsefu Handicrafts Market is a 14kms south of the city.  

Facilities:   Paprika Restaurant is on the second floor and specialises in local cuisine. It is also open for a buffet breakfast each morning. Shams Bar is a great place to kick back after a day out exploring, savouring a cool drink and swapping stories with fellow guests. Other facilities include an open air covered swimming pool, a massage room, sauna, steam room and gym.
