This is a community owned and run lodge in Sajama National Park. From here you can enjoy walks and hikes in this remote, unspoilt wilderness, visit hot springs, spend time in local villages learning about the daily lives of the people here, and spot birds, llamas and vicunas. The lodge provides cosy, rustic accommodation in adobe and thatch huts. Bedding and blankets are provided, and the latter are vital as it can get very cold at this high altitude. Each room has an en-suite shower room for which hot water can be requested.

There is a dining room cum lounge where meals are served. These tend to be simple, wholesome fare, based on the local Aymara cuisine. There is an open log fire to ward off any chills. The staff, all local people, are friendly and helpful.
