Open: Titilaka is open all year.

Location: Titilaka is on the south-eastern shore of Lake Titicaca. The nearest airport is Juliaca, 76kms and a 90-minute drive away. Puno train station is 36kms from Titilaka.

Rooms: There are 18 guest rooms arranged over 3 floors. They are made up of 4 king rooms, 8 dawn rooms, 4 dusk rooms and 2 corner rooms. King rooms occupy 28sqm, have a king size bed plus a sofa bed and an en-suite shower room, and are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. Dawn rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors and face east, so catch the morning sun, and range between 30 and 40sqm. They are open plan, with a curtain separating the bedroom and bathroom which includes a bathtub. Dusk rooms are also on the 2nd and 3rd floors and face west. Each has a bathroom with shower and bath. Room ameniities include minibar, iPod dock, safe, coffee table, reading lamps and blackout curtains. They are between 29 and 47sqm in size. The corner rooms are on the 3rd floor and occupy 38-43sqm. They have double aspect windows and a bathroom with shower and bath. All rooms have views of Lake Titicaca.

Activities: You can take boat trips on Lake Titicaca visiting different islands, go walking and trekking, explore by mountain bike, and go on guided bird watching tours. The hotel’s boat house has kayaks, canoes, sailing boats and standup paddleboards for guest use with instructors available to help if necessary.

Facilities: There are 3 lounges, a reading and entertainment room with TV, DVDs, games and books, dining room and bar. The hotel has a massage room and a shop. The 1.5 hectares of grounds include 2 private beaches and a jetty. The hotel provides 24-hour room service.

Dining: Meals are served in the dining room and on the terrace, In-room dining can be organized. Breakfast is served from dawn to noon, lunch from midday to 3pm and dinner from 7pm. Afternoon tea is available daily.

Children: Children aged 5 years and over are welcome. Special activities can be arranged for youngsters. Baby-sitting can be arranged.

Health: This is not a malarial area.
