Location: 24 miles upstream from Victoria Falls and just 30 miles from Chobe Game Reserve, Botswana.

Rooms: There are 7 chalets, all with ensuite bathrooms including ball and claw baths and separate showers, mini bar, mosquito nets, ceiling fan and private safe.

Activities: Visit to Victoria Falls and curio markets, sunset cruises, guided nature walks, mokoro island trip, fishing (seasonal and strictly catch and release), cultural tour of Siankaba village.

Facilities: The central main building includes the bar, library and large terrace area overlooking the river. There is also a swimming pool with sun loungers and a small curio shop.

Dining: Meals are generally served in the hosted dining room.

Children: Children are welcome. Children must be kept under supervision at all times.

Health: This is a malarial area.

Communication: There is mobile phone reception' on the island.
