Open:  Tiger Tops Tented Camp Bardia is open from October till the end of April.

Location:  Tiger Tops Tented Camp Bardia is located in Royal Bardia National Park overlooking the Karnali River, in the far west of Nepal. The camp is about a 45-minute drive from Karnali Lodge. The nearest airport is in Nepalgunj, from which it is about a 2 hour drive to the camp.

Rooms:  Accommodation is in 12 spacious safari tents with twin beds, modern jungle toilet and separate hot and cold showers. There is a sitting area in front of each tent. The tents are set beneath thatched roofs for extra protection from the elements.

Activities:  Jeep safaris in the national park, river and walking trips, bird watching, all with naturalist guides. Rafting trips along the Karnalii River can be arranged.

Facilities:  The camp's dining room faces the river and serves local and international cuisine and a well-stocked bar and a counter providing complimentary tea and coffee. The camp also has a barbecue and can create cooked breakfasts on request. There is a sitting area nearby. There is no electricity, but lamps are used to light the camp at night.  

Dining:  Meals are taken communally.

Children:  The camp accepts older children. Please check details with us.

Health:  Bardia has a low malaria risk but you should consult a doctor or travel clinic for the latest advice.

Communication:  There is no internet access at the camp.
