Superior rooms have similar amenities and are larger, with a window seat in the bedroom, a rain shower, bath and twin hand basins in the en-suite bathroom, and a supply of drinking water. Suites are arranged on 2 floors, with the bedroom and bathroom below and a lounge upstairs.

Activities: You have an initial meeting with a guide to plan your day to day activities, revolving around your preferences and fitness levels. Possible activities include walking, hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, kayaking, bird watching, fishing, fossil hunting and visiting cave paintings in Torres del Paine National Park and the surrounding area. There are also trips that let you learn about ranch life and its associated traditions, including riding with the gauchos and enjoying a Patagonian asado (barbecue).

Facilities: The hotel has a restaurant (see below) and a bar serving local beers and Chilean wines among other beverages. There is a lounge, library and a TV room with a supply of games. Uma Spa's facilities include a steam room, indoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, yoga studio and relaxation rooms.
