The Seyyida is a 17-room, mid-range boutique hotel in the heart of historic Stone Town on Zanzibar island. The building, a renovated 4-storey townhouse, is next to the Palace Museum (the former home of the Zanzibari Royal Family) and close to the Forodhani Gardens, House of Wonders, the Old Fort and waterfront area. Just bear in mind that being in the heart of the town means that this is not the quietest place you could choose.

The rooms include a mezzanine suite with private terrace, a family suite, 4 balcony Stone Town view rooms, 4 balcony seaview rooms, 2 garden view rooms and 4 deluxe rooms. All rooms have large king size beds, luxurious bathrooms, TV and internet connection, mosquito nets and ceiling fans, air conditioning, mini bar, coffee maker and safes.
