Location: The Boma Guest House is on a pleasant suburb of Entebbe, just a few minutes’ drive from the international airport.
Rooms: All guest rooms are individually decorated and feature both African and European influences. Room features and layouts vary, but most rooms have 4 poster beds with mosquito nets, en-suite bathrooms, satellite TVs, safes, Wi-fi and private verandas.
Activities: Staff can arrange excursions around Entebbe. There are bikes to rent, if you want to explore independently. Local attractions include the botanical gardens. You can walk in the gardens, where there are many secluded sitting areas, enjoying the flowers and birds.
Facilities: The restaurant is open from 6am to 10pm and serves European style meal with some Thai and Indian specialities. There is a swimming pool. The gardens are pretty and perfect for leisurely strolls. You will find a selection of board games, garden games including croquet and boules, and pool on site. There is a range of books in the lounge for you to read. The hotel offers a laundry service. There is a small craft shop.
Dining: Meals are taken at separate tables.
Children: Children of all ages are welcome. Family rooms are available. There is a small children’s playground.
Health: This is a malarial area.
Communication: There is free Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel.
