The Bamboo Forest Safari Lodge combines high quality accommodation and first class eco credentials, set in attractive grounds just a 10-minute drive from Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve. Villas and chalets provide spacious accommodation, traditionally styled with wooden furniture and colourful murals, blended with 21st century benefits such as air conditioning, heating, satellite TV and WiFi. All are en-suite with full running hot and cold water. Each villa has a terrace and private garden overlooking the nearby lake, and an open-air bath. Every chalet has 4 interconnected rooms making them perfect for families and groups of friends.

Days revolve primarily around safaris in the reserve, with both morning and late afternoon excursions offered, all in the company of one of the lodge's resident guides. Tadoba National Park is one of India's Project Tiger reserves and there are very good chances of seeing these large cats here. The park also contains populations of sloth bear, sambar deer, guar (Indian bison), leopard and Indian wild dog, making for exciting wildlife sightings. For a change of pace you can accompany one of the lodge's naturalist guides on a walking trail or enjoy some bird watching by the lake. The lodge has bikes you can use to explore the local area.

Between activities you can unwind with a visit to the spa, enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool or leaf through a book in the library. The food is of a very high standard and you have a choice of Indian and international dishes. The chef and kitchen team are keen to cater for your tastes and preferences, and meals are served indoors and outside on the terrace by the lake.
