Terma Linca

Open: Terma Linca is open all year.

Location: Terma Linca is located in a peaceful setting on the banks of the Thimphu River, a few minutes drive from Thimphu city (5kms).

Rooms: The hotel has 30 rooms including 6 suites, all with views of the river. Rooms are minimalist in design, with polished wooden floors, wooden furniture and picture windows. Modern touches include flatscreen TVs, wifi internet access and en-suite bathrooms. Rooms are located in 3 buildings, each with 5 rooms on the ground floor and 5 on the upper floor.

Activities: Visiting the sites, shops and markets of Thimphu, exploring local monasteries, dzongs and temples, relaxing at the hotel, enjoying spa treatments.

Facilities: The hotel has a multi-cuisine restaurant, Aie, looking out over the river and mountains beyond. The Ara Bar is located below the restaurant and serves a selection of beverages. There is a banquet hall for meetings and special events. The spa is situated in a separate building and includes sauna, steam, massage, meditation, yoga and gym rooms. There is an open-sided seating area overlooking a shallow pool. The hot stone bath is the spa's signature treatment.

Dining: Meals are taken at individual tables in the restaurant.

Children: Children of all ages are welcome.

Health: We recommend malarial prophylactics for travel to the low lying districts of southern Bhutan.

Communication: There is wifi internet access in guest rooms and public areas.
