Location: Tamboho Hotel is in the gated Tana Water Front community in Ankorodrano, a residential area with a selection of shops and restaurants overlooking a lake. It is about a 5 minute drive from Tana city centre and 25 minutes from the international airport.

Rooms: There are 30 room arranged over 3 floors. All are air conditioned and have an en-suite bathroom. Facilities include satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a safe and tea and coffee maker. Complimentary cold drinks including bottled water, are available on each floor. Most rooms have a private balcony. There is room service (not 24 hour).

Activities: Sightseeing and shopping in Tana, visiting the shops at Tana Water Front, relaxing at the hotel.

Facilities: The hotel has a restaurant and a bar. There is an outdoor swimming pool. The hotel offers a massage service. Reception is staffed 24 hours a day. There are several shops on site. There is a laundry service, payable locally.

Dining: The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a heated terrace for outdoor dining. Meals are eaten at individual tables.

Children: Children of all ages are welcome.

Health: This is a malarial area.

Communication: There is free Wi-Fi internet access at reception, in the restaurant, rooms and by the pool.
