Location: Swissotel is in the Floresta district of Quito. It is about a 45 minute drive from Mariscal Sucre International Airport.

Rooms: There are 232 rooms and 43 executive apartments. All are en-suite and air conditioned, have tea and coffee maker, minibar, TV, radio, phone, free Wi-Fi,  work desk, safe, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. There are 4 categories of rooms and 4 types of suite, the principal distinction being their size. Rooms range from 34sqm to 54sqm, and suites from 56sqm to 215sqm, and include a number of long stay suites. Rooms and suites have views of either the city or mountains. There is 24 hour room service. 

Activities: Shopping, sightseeing and visiting museums in the old town.

Facilities: There are 3 restaurants (further details below) a traditional bar and a sports bar. Recreational facilities include a spa offering a wide range of treatments, gym with weights and cardiovascular equipment, a sports area with squash, tennis and racquetball courts, and a wellness area with an indoor-outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel has several gift shops. There is a laundry service. The hotel offers a currency exchange service.

Dining: Tanoshi offers Japanese cuisine and is open for lunch and dinner, Cafe Quito is open for breakfast and lunch and serves Ecuadorian and international dishes, and Quito Deli is a coffee shop serving light lunches and snacks to be eaten on the premises or taken away.

Children: Children of all ages are welcome. There are interconnecting rooms for families and toys can be provided for children.

Health: Quito is not a malaria area.

Communication: There is free high speed and Wi-Fi internet access in guest rooms and public areas.

Notes: All parts of the hotel are accessible to wheelchair users and there are 6 rooms modified for those with disabilities.
