Location: The hotel is in central Yangon, adjoining Sule Square Mall and a short walk from Bogyoke (Scott) Market and Sule Pagoda. The hotel is 15kms, approximately a 45 minute drive, from the Yangon International Airport.

Rooms: There are 474 rooms and suites arranged over several floors. Categories comprise deluxe (34sqm) and horizon club (34sqm) rooms, executive (66-71sqm), deluxe (66-71sqm), club (126sqm) and presidential (198sqm) suites. There are also five one-bedroomed apartments, 68sqm each. Each room has TV, IDD phone, electronic safe, free wifi, minibar, hot drinks facilities, writing desk, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, en-suite bathroom with toiletries. Suites come with butler service. The hotel provides round the clock room service.

Activities: City sightseeing, museum visits and shopping, with the Sule Square Mall's assortment of shops on the doorstep. Staff at the tour desk can arrange excursions and activities.

Facilities: The hotel a choice of restaurants and bars (see below), an outdoor swimming pool, gym, massage rooms, a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, and a beauty salon. There is a souvenir shop. Additional facilities include a business centre, money exchange, limousine service and laundry service (pay locally). There are several conference and function rooms including a ballroom.

Dining: The hotel has five food and beverage outlets. Cafe Sule serves international and local cuisines, Summer Palace specialises in Chinese dishes, Gallery Bar and Restaurant is open for continental food and drinks, and Peacock Lounge provides light refreshment. The gourmet shop sells cakes and sweets. There is a pool bar.

Children: Children of all ages are welcome.

Health: There is only a low risk of malaria in Yangon.

Communication: There is complimentary wifi internet access in rooms and main areas.
