Location: The hotel is in the city of Santa Ana, about 20-minutes drive from the international airport and 20 minutes from San Jose the capital city.

Rooms: There are some 80 rooms in total, comprising single, double and superior rooms and junior suites. All have TV, phone, WiFi, small fridge, safe, hairdryer, en-suite bathroom and are air conditioned. Superior rooms are larger and have a dining area, and suites also have a iPod dock.

Activities: Explore Santa Ana, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. You can also visit San Jose, a short drive away.

Facilities: The hotel has a lobby seating area, restaurant (see below), and a rooftop terrace with a small swimming pool, and a gym. One notable feature of the hotel is the local artwork displayed throughout the property. Reception is staffed 24 hours a day. There are a number of conference rooms and the hotel is used for social and corporate events.

Dining: The cafe bar and grill has a comprehensive menu including international fare. Breakfast is served buffet style with both hot and cold dishes. Live music features on some evenings.
