Very glitzy and upmarket, nice hotel

The room was delightful, but some of the electric sockets didn't work. The facilities in the hotel were good, breakfast average, but generally a very beautiful hotel. Again, we didn't feel able to wander around outside the hotel.

Beautiful place - our room was amazing. However, they did seem to have a problem with the electrics - some of our lights didn't work (which they said would be fixed but weren't) and next doors only had one socket that worked.

We had a great Diwali experience there. Rather posh with lots of fussing staff. Beer very expensive. Room was on ground floor opposite a lounge which made it a bit noisy. I would have preferred to be close to the main sites - traffic was crazy in Jaipur and no pavements so it wasn’t feasible to walk around - and tuktuk trips were not great

Very crowded. Room was pretty bad - toilet mechanism was broken, all the dirty laundry and the cleaning supplies were stored right outside our door.

Again a great place to stay, very comfortable a really nice hotel. Food was excellent, rooms quirky with a 5+. The greeting at the hotel was great with the marigold garland & the glass of Lassie was great. We felt very welcomed by the management & staff.

Shahpura House is an elegant town house, which is beautifully decorated, very colourful and full of character. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are spacious and peaceful. There is a small swimming pool and a roof terrace for relaxing in the evenings.
