Open: Setari Camp is open all year.

Location: The camp is located on a palm island deep in the Delta.  Access to the camp is usually via a light aircraft to Setari airstrip.

Rooms: 8 safari tents accessed by raised wooden walkways. The tents are on raised wooden decks and have private decks. Each has an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath, shower, basin and a flushing toilet, there is also an outside shower There is a family unit with 2 tents linked by a deck, each has it's own bathroom and outside shower.

Activities: Guests can take mokoro trips and boat excursions throughout the year. Guided walking safaris are also offered on neighbouring islands. Birdlife is abundant in this area, as with much of the Delta. For a rewarding morning, spend some time visiting Jao Village and learn a little about everyday life in the Delta. If you want to try your hand at catch and release fishing, tackle and rods are available. The barbel runs between August and the end of October, at this time tigerfish are plenty. It's not just about the wildlife, but the Delta experience itself.

Facilities: The main lounge and dining area is on an elevated platform overlooking the waters. The camp has a plunge pool for escaping the heat of the day and a small gym where you can work off some of the delicious food.

Dining: Meals are eaten together as a group and also of individual tables if requested.

Children: Children over the age of 6 years are welcome at the camp. Children need to be kept under supervision at all times. Children aged 12 and above are welcome on all activities.

Health: This is a malarial area.
