Open: Sausage Tree Camp is open from 1 April to 15 November.

Location: Sausage Tree Camp is in Lower Zambezi National Park, on the banks of the Zambezi River, overlooking an expanse of water channels and reed islands.

Rooms: There are 7 luxury tented suites and a large family suite "Kigelia House" which has 2 ensuite bedrooms. All have a private bathrooms, open-air showers, plunge pool and your own Muchinda (private butler) to look after you. 

Activities: Activities include day and night game drives, walking safaris, bird watching and bush picnics. The camp can also arrange boat trips for game viewing and to enjoy sundowners, as well as canoeing and fishing.

Facilities: The central area houses the bar, dining room, expansive deck, lap pool, and small library. 

Dining: Meals are taken as a group, either in the dining room or the outside deck area. Private dining can also be arranged.

Children: Children aged 8 and over are welcome. Children must be kept under supervision at all times.

Health: This is a malarial area.

Communication: There is no mobile phone reception however the camp does have WiFi.
