Location: Pousada des Arts is located in a restored 18th century house in the historic district of Salvador, overlooking the Bay of All Saints.
Rooms: There are 8 suites in superior and luxury categories. The superior suites have balconies with views of the historical town, while the luxury suites have verandas with hammocks overlooking the Bay of All Saints. Some of the suites can accommodate up to 3 extra people. Facilities in all suites includes LCD TV, DVD player, phone, safe, minibar, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, They all have bathrooms with hot and cold running water.
Activities: Seeing the sites of Salvador, shopping, visiting the beach, watersports, swimming, fishing, boat trips in the bay. Hotel staff are happy to arrange excursions for guests.
Facilities: The pousada has a garden and rooftop terrace. There is a breakfast room but guests can enjoy this al fresco on the terrace if preferred. Other public areas include a bar and a library. The hotel offers a luggage storage service and laundry service.
Dining: Breakfast is taken at separate tables.
Children: Children of all ages are welcome.
Health: Salvador is not a malarial area.
Communication: There is free Wi-Fi internet access in guest rooms and some public areas.
