Open: Pousada Abracadabra is open all year.
Location: Pousada Abracadabra is located on the hillside above the Bay of Buzios, 180kms from Rio de Janeiro, about a 2.5 hour drive. Buzios town is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
Rooms: There are standard, superior and deluxe rooms and suites, 16 in total. Rooms vary in size and décor. All have modern, en-suite bathrooms. Some have air conditioning, flatscreen TVs and DVD players. Standard rooms have garden views, superior and deluxe rooms overlook the ocean and some have balconies. Room service operates between 7am and 11pm.
Activities: Relaxing on the beach, by the pool or in the gardens, swimming, snorkelling, diving and watersports. Guests can stroll into Buzios town where there are shops, restaurants and bars, hire a beach buggy, enjoy a boat trip. Staff can advise on and arrange local excursions.
Facilities: There is an outdoor infinity pool overlooking the bay with a seating and sunbathing area. The hotel’s restaurant, Mistico, offers a wide range of meals and snacks. Breakfast is served on the terrace each morning. There is also a pool bar and a lounge. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day. Guests can enjoy spa treatments at the sister hotel next door, Pousada Casas Brancas.
Dining: Meals are taken at separate tables in the restaurant or on the terrace.
Children: Children of all ages are welcome.
Health: Buzios is not a malarial area.
Communication:There is free Wi-Fi internet access in public areas and guest rooms.
