Mashatu Game Reserve is in the Tuli Block in the remote eastern corner of Botswana bordering South Africa, It's a region of diverse habitats that shelters a wide range of wildlife including herds of elephant, giraffes, eland, lion, leopard and cheetah amongst many others as well as more than 350 species of birds.

You are offered morning, afternoon and night game drives in open 4x4 vehicles. There are also be opportunities mountain biking, horse riding (experienced riders only),  guided walks and to watch wildlife at close quarters from viewing hides and get some memorable photographs. 

The camp has eight en-suite comfortable tents with outdoor bucket showers, hand basins and flush toilets, all discreetly screened for privacy. Bedrooms are cooled by freestanding fans and have gauze windows which admit natural daylight and keep out unwanted guests. With a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables there's ample storage space.   

Communal areas include an open sided thatched lounge deck with armchairs, sofas and coffee tables, and a boma with a camp fire for outdoor dining by the waterhole. The plunge pool is a great asset, too.
