Each of the 8 glass-fronted, luxurious suites is air-conditioned and complete with breathtaking romantic bathrooms, which include double indoor and outdoor showers have windows, which open to a glorious view of the African bush. Each suite has its own sundeck and rock plunge pool. The privacy of your suite allows you to bask in the views while enjoying a drink or snack from your fully stocked mini-bar, and to stroll out onto your deck to watch wildlife at the waterhole.

The guest areas consist of a spacious lounge, open-air deck, cosy bar, library, traditional Shangaan Boma dining area, curio shop, gym and sala spa offering a wide menu of treatments such as massage, reflexology, manicure and hot stone therapy.

Your days will consist of game drives through the bush in your open 4x4 safari vehicle with an experienced guide and tracker, in search of the Big 5 and the smaller animals and birds, making this a true safari and wildlife paradise. Your knowledgeable ranger will also take you on a bush walk and guide you through the fauna and flora of the Sabi Sand Reserve, pointing out insects, grasses, trees, and smaller species that are all an integral part of the greater Kruger National Park ecosystem. Other activities like hot air balloon flights, village visits and meeting elephants at the Elephant Whispers centre, can be arranged.

Leopard Hills has built and manages a daycare centre for underprivileged children and orphans in the locality, which provides much needed educational support, an excellent example of tourism making a positive impact on the local community.

Client Rating for South Africa 5/5 from 74 reviews

Stunning position, gorgeous villas with private deck and plunge pool looking out over the bush, wild animals meandering past.......what's not to like?? All the staff were brilliant The chefs are also wonderful and we ate three delicious meals every day we were there, two evenings eating in the atmospheric 'boma'. And we daren't walk back to our lodge alone in the dark without getting into trouble from the charming Mandela!
